We treat patients in Florida and New York. Patients need to be physically located in one of these states during their initial visit.
A government-issued ID and proof of residency is required.

We treat patients 15 years and older.
A parent or guardian must sign forms and be present during the first visit for patients under 18.
While we generally recommend in-person care for children and adolescents, patients under 15 years may be accepted with prior approval by the provider.

Our most popular plan is $135/month and includes medication management via video, text, and chat.
Premium plans start at $395/month and include psychotherapy.
Insurance patients can expect to pay a co-pay between $0 and $350 per visit.

Patients can join our video "cloud visits" from any laptop or smartphone by clicking a link. Please use a strong WIFI connection. Log into the waiting room and give permission to use your camera and microphone.

We prescribe many different medications to treat mental health conditions, only when deemed medically necessary.
Buprenorphine maintenance is available for opioid-dependent patients who meet criteria. We do not provide medical detox or administer IV medications. We do NOT prescribe ketamine, esketamine, experimental drugs, psychedelics, hormone therapies, peptides, GLP-1s, medications to treat pain, or medical cannabis/marijuana. Many ADHD medications are currently unavailable due to a nationwide shortage and an alternative may be prescribed.

Medication visits are led by Chris Lee PMHNP-BC and psychotherapy sessions are led by Adriana Serna LMHC. Both are licensed board-certified providers and leaders in their field, with decades of clinical training and experience. You will never be paired with or switched to a new or unknown provider.

Yes! Sometimes patients only need to be seen once, for example, to request an emergency refill while traveling or to obtain service animal documentation.
These patients should sign up for our Basic Plan then simply request to cancel your membership after your visit. The cost is the same whether we meet once or multiple times during the month.
